| Abstract: | Fruit- Flavour plays an important role
in food acceptability but the volatile
compounds that comprise flavour may
easily be lost, degraded, or oxidized
during processing steps such as dehydration.
Insecticide/Pesticide- It has been reported that pulse seeds could be prevented from insect infestation by mixing them with either coconut oil or neem oil or gingelly oil (10 gm/kg grain). |
