| Abstract: | Condiment- The fruits of Drumstick, Moringa oleifera Lam. are commonly used in curries for flavouring. The medicinal value and high vitamin C content of these fruits have created interest among nutritionists "and for its export potential. Canning is the only method which can retain their wholesomeness and quality in terms of vitamin C retention for longer time.
Cosmetics- Alopecia is common throughout the world and an alarming increase in the number of cases is a matter of concern and needs better formulations to check the hair fall and increase
hair growth. |
