Then, there is 47 million -year-old Ida, hailed as the “...evidence of evolutionary changes that would eventually lead to primates standing upright...” If so, she is perhaps the great grandmother of us all coming as she does from atime when the primate lineage that led to monkeys, apes and humans split from another group that became lemurs and lorises.
