|Abstract:||L-Proline is employed as an efficient organo catalyst for the one-pot, four component Hantzsch reaction for the synthesis of isoxazolyl polyhydroquinoline derivatives. This method is environmentally benign, affords excellent yields and has operational simplicity and isoxazole amines are used for the first time in this synthesis.|
