Abstract: Most important recent advances in biocatalytic biphasic systems such as aqueous two-phase reactor systems using environmental sensitive polymers, two-phase aqueous-organic systems, reverse micelles, microemulsion-based organogels, and trapped aqueous-organic solvent continuous biphasic reactor are reviewed.
