dc.description.abstractMultiple shoots were produced in MS medium supplemented with BAP (1.333 M), KIN (0.928 M) , glutamine (342.2M) and glycine (6.665M). Addition of GA3 increased the shoot length. The optimum rooting of shoots was observed in MS medium containing NAA (1.611 M). The hardened plantlets showed 85% survival.en_US
