| Abstract: | This study presents a model for dependability performance analysis of bucket wheel excavators using fuzzy sets. Dependability is overall indicator for quality of service, and considers simultaneously reliability, maintainability and maintenancesupport. As bucket wheel excavator is a technical system with a complex hierarchical structure, synthesis of information given in fuzzy form from the level of components to subsystems, functional systems and whole bucket wheel excavator is necessary. For synthesis processes, evident reasoning theory is used. |
