Title: Natural Hazards-Catastrophic Collisions
Issue Date: Dec-2010
Publisher: NISCAIR-CSIR, India
Abstract: Despite our Earth-bound perceptions, our home planet is but an insignificant speck in space. It is fragile and vulnerable to hits from asteroids or space rocks on a collision course.
