integrifolia is a native of
Australia. It grows naturally
in the coastal district of South
Queensland and Northern New-South
Wales. There are seven Australian
species of Macadamia and only two of
them namely Macadamia integrifolia and
Macadamia tetraphylla are considered
edible and commercial species. |
