Abstract: This study establishes trajectory model and welding torch pose model, and presents a four-axis (q, y, r and h) interpolation algorithm for saddle curve (SC) automatic welding. Algorithm is simulated to verify its feasibility by simulating SC with MATLAB and OpenGL tool software.
