Title: Ayurvedic Tips

Abstract: In Ayurveda it is believed that insomnia appears due to imbalance of physical doshas. Sleep is kaphaj process. When kapha dosha is increased in the body that lead to sleep. But if kapha is decreased due to high vata or high pitta, then it leads to insomnia. So one should see why kapha is decreased and then go for treatment.
